Terms of use

Updated: 17 October 2026

1. Purpose

[NE]legalus lets registered users report potentially illegal content. The review team can review reports and confirm or reject them. Only confirmed domains are published in the public register.

2. Account

You are responsible for your sign in credentials and API keys. Protect keys as you would passwords. You can revoke them at any time. Abuse, including bulk spam, deliberately false reports and attempts to bypass restrictions, may result in key revocation or account restrictions.

3. Reports

  • Submit only honest reports relevant to the content.
  • A report is not a legal decision. It is a signal for human review.
  • The review team makes the final decision on user reports, rather than an algorithm or LLM. Official RTK domain lists are added automatically in accordance with the decisions published by the institution.
  • Deliberately false or malicious reports are prohibited.

4. Register and feeds

Confirmed records are published on the website and in JSON and XML feeds. Data is provided as is for information purposes and does not replace a decision by a court, regulator or rights holder.

5. Extension

The extension runs in your browser. The optional LLM feature sends visible page text only to your chosen provider. [NE]legalus is not responsible for third party LLM policies. Recommended server address:https://www.nelegalus.lt.

6. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or absolute completeness of the register. We accept no responsibility for third party websites linked in report URLs.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be reflected in the date shown on this page. Continued use indicates acceptance of the current version.
